The Chef

Beidisia is privileged to have an outstanding Chef in residence. Trained in San Francisco and Mexico City, and accredited by the French “L’ecole Cordon Bleu”, every meal that comes from her kitchen is a delight.

The Food

A menu is available from which guests can select favorite dishes but in many cases the order of the day is simply to let Chef create something wonderful from whatever ingredients are most fresh and ripe at the time. From simple but delicious seafood to complex French cuisine, meals at Beidisia are an integral part of the experience. No rules or schedule constrains you. Eat whatever, whenever and where ever you like.

The Bar

Beidisia offers a full complement of wines and spirits, and a superb resident mixologist. From the exotic to the familiar, any kind of cocktail is available for you to enjoy or experiment with. To compliment the fine food we also offer choice wines from around the world. In addition to our regular selection of beers, wines and spirits guests can also peruse the Reserve List, a compilation of extraordinary wines, tequilas and single malts personally selected by the owner.
