With more than 10 years experience in the hospitality industry, Liliana joined Casa Beidisia directly from the Four Season Company. Liliana manages all aspects of the Beidisia property and the guest experience. Her home is on the estate so she is always available to assist.

From San Francisco to Mexico City to Casa Beidisia, Angelica has perfected her skills in outstanding, creative and demanding commercial kitchens in the US and Mexico. While accomplished in the preparation of every course perhaps her greatest culinary genius is found in her award winning deserts and pastries – treats you will not soon forget.



In addition to Liliana and Angelica, Beidisia is staffed by a dedicated team of 7 full-time employees. Service rivals that of any five star hotel. Our housekeeping staff provide daily housekeeping and evening turn down, keep mini-fridges stocked with your favorite drinks and snacks, and provide morning and afternoon laundry services. In the kitchen Angelica is supported by a team of 3 who assist with food preparation and service. The team includes an outstanding mixologist and florist who provides delicious drinks and fresh cut flowers throughout the property. An A/V expert insures that all the advanced electronics in the house are available on demand, and a full-time gardener maintains the lush gardens and beach to the highest standards. All boat operations are under the direct supervision on our licensed Captain assisted by an on-call engineer and, upon request, a PADI certified dive instructor and local guide.
